CV Prima Mulya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production management principles and a proven track record of supervising teams to achieve production targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision and coordination of production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all production activities are completed within the specified timeframes.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Develop and implement production schedules and work orders to optimize production efficiency.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any discrepancies to the Production Supervisor.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met and that all materials and resources are available when required.,Participate in quality control activities to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the production industry.,Strong understanding of production management principles and practices.,Proven ability to supervise and coordinate production activities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
