📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Manage and supervise the staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities and financial transactions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of branch operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.
