📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on heavy vehicles, including trucks, buses, and construction equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Use specialized tools and equipment, including diagnostic scanners, hydraulic jacks, and torque wrenches.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings in the company's maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
• Provide technical support and advice to other team members.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance.
• Certification in heavy vehicle maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software such as Snap-on Diagnostics, Bosch Diagnostic, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy vehicles.
