📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Support the sales team by providing excellent customer service and promoting products.,Conduct regular stock checks and assist in restocking activities.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new systems and processes.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on store performance and sales data.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and point of sale (POS) software is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
