📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and manage front desk operations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event and meeting arrangements.,Update and maintain guest records and databases.,Provide information about local attractions and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills, including email and database management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
