📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.,Handle cash and coin transactions accurately and securely.,Process and verify customer identification documents.,Assist in opening and closing the till at the end of each shift.,Report any suspicious activities or irregularities to the supervisor.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all bank policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or limited experience in the banking or financial services industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
