📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cash and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail management are a plus.
