Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of projects.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed successfully.,Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team of professionals in a similar role.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in project management.,Ability to travel as required by the role.
