Material Controller - Bangka Belitung

In your daily tasks, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage material procurement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will use industry-standard tools like SAP and Excel to analyze data and generate reports, providing valuable insights to support strategic decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control material inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Develop and implement material procurement strategies to meet operational needs and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze material usage data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to material handling and storage.
• Generate and present regular reports on material inventory, usage, and procurement to senior management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall operational objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of material management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to material handling and storage.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management system is a plus.
