📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU and surgical units, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including IV therapies and pain management.
• Monitor and maintain patient safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Stay updated with the latest medical practices and technologies through ongoing education and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or surgical nursing.
• Valid SIN (Sertifikat Keahlian Keperawatan) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktek) from the Indonesian Nursing Board.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as SIMRS or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
