📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address personal, social, and academic issues.,Assist students in developing coping strategies and improving their emotional well-being.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.,Develop and implement counseling programs and initiatives to promote student well-being.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counseling sessions.,Stay updated with best practices and trends in school counseling.,Participate in school events and activities to build relationships with students and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in school counseling or a related role.,Valid counseling license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
