📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of legal entity control functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate legal and operational risks.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of legal entity structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal and operational challenges.,Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends, providing strategic advice to senior management.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of legal entity control activities to stakeholders.,Participate in the development and implementation of new legal entity control processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal entity control, risk management, or a similar role in a financial institution.,Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements and financial regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing legal entity control functions and mitigating risks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in complex situations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of financial systems and processes is a plus.
