PT Visi Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, with a knack for handling cash transactions efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and managing cashier duties. You will work in a fast-paced environment, so you need to be able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in sales transactions and ensure accurate recording of sales data.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage cashier duties, including handling cash and card payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and ordering.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales and customer service team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
