📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.,Ensure the cafe is clean, well-stocked, and meets health and safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
