Administrator (Transportation Services)

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in our operations by overseeing delivery schedules, maintaining accurate shipment records, and optimizing logistics processes. You will work closely with our drivers and warehouse staff to ensure that our concrete poles are delivered on time and in perfect condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules for concrete poles, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Maintain and update shipment records using ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure adequate stock for deliveries.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns regarding deliveries.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate and analyze reports on delivery performance and logistics metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or logistics role.
• Proficient in using ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
