📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of projects.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.,Conduct regular operational audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
