📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the warehouse operations.,Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse team.,Ensure that all warehouse processes are followed correctly and efficiently.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and order replenishment.,Train and develop junior staff to improve overall performance.,Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise in the warehouse.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or warehouse management industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
