📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.
  • Ensure all dishes are cooked to the required standards and served promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are used efficiently.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Hold a valid food handling certificate.
  • Have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail.
