KINETIC Unggul is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Medan. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and eager to make a difference. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a human resources department.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
