📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Utilize HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR for efficient HR operations and data analysis.
• Represent the company at industry events and professional networks to stay abreast of HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
