📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental best practices.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental management systems, including MSDS, Permit to Work, and Safety Data Sheets.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to safety and environmental compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in safety and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in safety and environmental management.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS), such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 14001, is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing and logistics industry, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations, as required.
