📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and motivate sales staff to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Participate in sales promotions and events to boost customer traffic and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
