PT Property Pertiwi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
