QUILL Unggul is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students and mentoring other teachers to ensure the best learning experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum that align with the school's educational goals.,Teach a variety of subjects to students of different ages and skill levels.,Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and students.,Mentor and support junior teachers to improve their teaching skills.,Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a similar educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certificate or license.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
