• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Schedule and dispatch maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality service and compliance.
• Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with property managers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and property condition.
• Utilize maintenance management software to track and manage maintenance requests and schedules.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants, property managers, and maintenance teams.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as ServiceTitan, Workforce, or similar.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Certification in property management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
