Tanggung Jawab:
Providing direct patient care according to the nursing process.Assessing and monitoring patients' health status.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate records.Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.Participating in staff meetings and in-service education.Promoting a safe and compassionate environment for patients and staff.Assisting in the management of the nursing unit.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Active nursing license in Indonesia.Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to providing patient-centered care.Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.🛠️ Keahlian
