📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a specific section within Sentosa Healthcare.
  • Ensure that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the section.
  • Monitor the performance of the team and provide feedback and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Maintain open communication with all team members and stakeholders.
  • Represent Sentosa Healthcare at various events and meetings.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun.
