Adyen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our financial services operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.,Ensure that all financial services operations comply with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to AML/CFT, data protection, and consumer protection laws.,Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments, and ensure that Adyen's operations are adapted accordingly.,Lead and mentor junior compliance officers and other team members to ensure a high standard of compliance is maintained.,Collaborate with legal, risk management, and other departments to ensure a coordinated and effective compliance approach.,Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance matters, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a compliant manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,At least 8 years of experience in a compliance-related role, with a strong background in financial services and regulatory expertise.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial services regulations, including but not limited to AML/CFT, data protection, and consumer protection laws.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior compliance officers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with compliance software and tools is a plus.,A professional certification in compliance, such as CPA, CFA, or CIPM, is a plus.
