📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and local regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions using SAP and Oracle.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is integrated and utilized effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on accounting procedures and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle for financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and local accounting regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
