📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with healthcare providers to identify and recruit potential participants for clinical trials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a similar healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient recruitment or a related role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and ethical guidelines, such as those outlined by the International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH GCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare providers and participants.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and other relevant software tools used in clinical research is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to various healthcare facilities.
