📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the executive team.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage the payroll process, including tax calculations and filings, using Payroll Software.
• Collaborate with the audit team to prepare for internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a dynamic business environment.
• Proven track record of leading financial teams and driving financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks, with experience in financial close processes.
• Experience with Payroll Software, including tax calculations and filings.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
