📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement customer loyalty programs that drive retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for program optimization.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty initiatives.
Monitor program performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer loyalty and retention strategies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation and reporting.
Conduct stakeholder meetings and presentations to communicate program progress and insights.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of program services and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer loyalty program management or a similar role.
Proficient in loyalty program management software such as SAP Loyalty, Oracle Loyalty, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Certification in loyalty program management or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of retail industry trends and customer behavior is highly desirable.
